Quick answers

• Sheet sizes don't show in the builder. Open the app in your Shopify admin and complete step 1–2: pick the product you sell gang sheets as and confirm the sizes read from its variants. Prices always come from your variant prices.
• Print files aren't reaching Google Drive. Check step 3 in the app for a connection error, reconnect if needed. Files also remain downloadable from the Print queue tab regardless of Drive.
• A customer's artwork looks low quality. The builder shows a DPI badge per piece and warns below 200 DPI at the chosen print size. Vector uploads (SVG, PDF, AI) scale without quality loss.
• Where is the customer's design after checkout? The order's line item carries the design; the finished 300 DPI file appears in the app's Print queue and in your Drive's Gang Sheets folder shortly after the order is placed.
