Set up product
These are the available product types:
Gang Sheet: the customer combines several designs onto one sheet of film. Sold as one Shopify product whose variants are the sheet sizes and whose variant prices are what the builder quotes — map it on the Products page.
Transfers by Size: one design, cut to whatever size the customer chooses and priced by area. It sells through a product of its own — link one under Products → Import products (choose “Transfers by size”), then open it (✎) for the rate, the printer’s limits and the options; a second tab appears in the builder and a variant is added per size.
Deliver print files to Google Drive
Every finished print file is also uploaded to a Gang Sheets folder in your Drive. Point your RIP's hot folder at its synced copy and orders flow to the printer without a download step.
Uninstallation
If you want to uninstall the app, please follow the steps below
- In the theme editor, remove the Gang Sheet Builder block from your product template, so the page is not left with a button that opens nothing.
- Collect any print files you still need from the Orders page — or from your Google Drive, where delivered copies stay.
- Uninstall the app from Shopify's Apps page. Designs and print files stored by the app are erased 48 hours later.

Nesting margins
Shop-wide, for every builder product.
No customer column on purpose: shoppers are anonymous here, which keeps the app outside Shopify's protected customer data rules. The order number opens the full order in Shopify.

Every sheet saved in the builder on this store. A draft is saved but not yet ordered; shoppers are anonymous, so there is no customer column and no "in cart" state — the cart is theirs until checkout.

Sheets you build or pick for a customer. "Assign" here is a link: copy it, send it to the customer, and it puts the exact sheet into their cart — once they pay, the order renders and delivers like any other. A design counts as assigned once an order carries it.

Daily print cap message
Shown to customers when they open the builder for a product that has hit its daily print cap. The customer must confirm before proceeding. Set each product’s cap on the Products page.
File name format
The pattern used to name each generated print file. Tags are replaced with the order’s actual values — the download on Print queue and the copy in your Drive folder get the same name.
No customer name tag, by design: the app keeps no customer data, so nothing personal can end up in a hot folder. Empty uses .
Print-ready file
Output settings applied when generating the print file for fulfillment.
Customer uploads
File types accepted when customers upload artwork in the builder. Judged from the file’s bytes, not its name — a JPG renamed .png is still a JPG.
Upload product file types
File types accepted when you upload your own artwork — gallery images, FitCheck template photos, the store logo (separate from customer uploads).
Connect Google Drive
Mirror generated gang sheet files to a Google Drive folder.

What customers can upload, and where they can pull from.

Image processing & warnings
Auto-optimize uploads and warn customers about common issues.
Spacing
Default margins applied between images and around the artboard. Customers can change them in the builder’s settings unless locked.
Duplicated copies use the image margin; there is no separate gap for them.
Tools
Enable or disable specific tools and features available to customers in the builder.
Resolution levels
Quality tiers shown to customers as they upload, judged from pixels ÷ printed inches — never from the file’s own DPI tag.
General builder behavior
How customers access and re-enter the builder.
Welcome popup
The greeting shown to first-time visitors when they land in the builder.
Entry cards
The action cards a customer sees on a builder home screen. This builder has no home screen: it opens straight on the product’s own mode, and these are where the same actions live.
Builder font
Default font used to render text the customer adds inside the builder.
Themes
Customize the builder’s color scheme to match your brand.
Click a preset to apply a color scheme at once; adjust any colour after.
Builder settings
Customize how the image gallery looks and behaves inside the builder. The images themselves live on the page.
Watermark
Lay a mark over the gallery previews in the builder to discourage screenshots. The previews are small thumbnails; the print-quality file is never shown.
Shared design gallery
Designs every shopper can use — seasonal motifs, popular clipart, your house artwork. They appear under a Gallery icon in the builder; shoppers without artwork of their own build sheets from these. Removing a design only takes it off the list — sheets already built with it still print.
Categories show in the builder as a dropdown or folders (Library options). Change an image’s category below; leave empty for none.

FitCheck Templates
Your own products in the builder's FitCheck preview: a photo plus a measured print region. Round items like tumblers and mugs take a diameter, and the preview foreshortens the design the way a real wrap reads. Templates appear to every shopper, ahead of the built-in products.

Where charges appear
Everything is billed through Shopify and shows on your Shopify invoice — the flat plan as a subscription line, and on the monthly plan a usage line per gang sheet order. The app never touches your customers' payments.
